Order and shipping dates for all newly announced Apple products

Yesterday Apple announced a slew of new products, starting with four new iPhone 14 models, three new Apple Watches, and all-new AirPods Pro. With so many new products out there, you may be confused as to when each product will be available for pre-order and in-store. To help, we have created a guide to explain all the important dates related to the latest Apple products.

Already available for pre-order

Following Apple’s “Far out” event yesterday, the following three products are immediately available for pre-order:

Priced at $799, the new Apple Watch Ultra is designed explicitly for athletes, hikers, and marathon runners and features advanced health and fitness features. The Series 8, on the other hand, has the same design as the Apple Watch Series 7 but comes with a new body temperature sensor that focuses on women’s health. The Apple Watch Ultra is already experiencing a delay of 6-7 weeks for customers.

Friday 9 September

On Friday, September 9, the following products will be available for pre-order on the Apple website, the Apple Store app, and through Apple retail partners worldwide. Before Friday, Apple is already letting customers prepare to pre-order the new products.

Friday, September 16

A week later, on Friday, September 16, the following products will be available in Apple’s retail stores around the world and begin reaching customers.

  • iPhone 14 Pro Max
  • The second generation of Apple Watch SE‌
  • Apple Watch Series 8‌

Friday 23 September

In another week, the next two products will be available through Apple, its retail partners, and will begin to reach customers around the world.

  • 2nd Generation AirPods Pro
  • Apple Watch Ultra

Friday 7 October

Finally, another week later, a final product will see its launch:

Apple hasn’t said why it’s starting to ship the low-profile 6.7-inch iPhone 14‌ Plus to customers two weeks after the rest of the batch. Previous reports indicated that Apple is facing supply chain issues with the new model.

Other imported dates to consider

Besides launching new products, Apple will also make iOS 16 available to all customers with a compatible iPhone on Monday, September 12. iOS 16‌ features a redesigned and customizable lock screen, new features in Messages, and more. Also, on Monday, September 12, Apple watchOS 9 will be available for Apple Watch Series 4 and later.
